SHIPPING DOMESTIC WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $99 or a flat rate shipping is $9.95 on all orders placed within Australia. Express Post is available for $14.95 and FREE local delivery for Gympie area (4570). Please do not use a PO BOX for free local delivery. 

All retail orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 3-7 business days for flat rate or free shipping orders. 1-3 business days for express post orders. These delivery times are based on Australian Post recommendations and may vary. 

Depending on the size of item(s) purchased, orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, Aramex (formerly Fastways) or Couriers Please. We ship most of our online retail orders via standard Australia Post (tracked) unless Express Post has been purchased at the checkout.

Wholesale orders are shipped using Aramex (formerly Fastways), TNT or Couriers Please. Wholesale delivery times will vary depending on stockist location. 

Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb and postcode) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to error in the address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Stump and Co. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.

You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your parcel via the email address provided during check out.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

At Stump and Co we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded so please choose carefully.

We offer a replacement or refund on faulty products or products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Stump and Co within 7 days of the delivery date. We ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received or you believe to be faulty. Failure to follow our user and safety instructions will not be considered a faulty of the product. We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty or delivered as a result of our error.

For all full priced items, you may return products to us for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and are accompanied with their original packaging. The shipping cost to return items is the customer’s responsibility. Any postage cost charged in the original order is non-refundable.
Stump and Co do not accept returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom/special orders. All sale, gift vouchers or custom/special order items are final sale, and we will not issue a refund, credit note or exchange.

Buyer Responsibility:

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you have proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Your item must be shipped with a tracking number, returns without a tracking number will not be excepted. We cannot refund items that we do not receive.

Original condition:

Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, candles that have been burned/lit/used in any form cannot be refunded. Sorry, no exceptions. All other items must be in new and unused condition, with the original packaging.

Can I exchange my item?

We do not offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or scent, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

How to successfully return your order?

1. Email hello@stumpandco.com with your purchase number and any documentation required (see above)
2. We will issue you with a RA number along with details such as a return address.
3.The original order must be returned in unused condition at the customer’s own shipping expense. If there is damage to the product packaging and or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange or refund.
4. Products must be returned at your own cost, with tracking, a dispatch note stating our original invoice number and RA number.
5. Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your exchange or refund entitlement within 7 business days.

All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the details contained within this page will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method only within 14 working days of receiving your return parcel provided it is in original condition.
