SHIPPING DOMESTIC WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer AU FREE shipping on orders over $185 or a flat rate shipping is $15.00 on all orders placed within Australia. New Zealand has a flat rate of $24.95.
Express Post is available for $18.95 and FREE local delivery for the Gympie area (4570). Please do not use a PO BOX for free local delivery.
All retail orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Once shipped, please allow up to 3-12 business days for flat rate or free shipping orders. 1-4 business days for express post orders. These delivery times are based on Australian Post recommendations and may vary.
Depending on the size of the item(s) purchased, orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post, Aramex (formerly Fastways), or Couriers Please. We ship most of our online retail orders via standard Australia Post (tracked) unless Express Post has been purchased at the checkout.
Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb, and postcode) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an error in the address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Stump and Co. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.
You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your parcel via the email address provided during checkout.

At Stump and Co we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. If you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item. We do not offer refunds on change of mind. Please email email@example.com for more information
We offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) on faulty products or products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Stump and Co within 5 days of the delivery date. Please email proof to firstname.lastname@example.org
We ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received or you believe to be faulty. Failure to follow our user and safety instructions will not be considered a fault of the product.
Any shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded.
Stump and Co do not accept returns for items on sale, gift vouchers or custom/special orders. All sale, gift vouchers or custom/special order items are final sale, and we will not issue a refund, credit note or exchange.
How to successfully exchange my item?
1. Email email@example.com with your purchase number or proof of purchase via our website. We will provide you with a return address.
2. If you would like a different size or scent, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. Products must be returned at your own cost, with tracking and original invoice number.
Note: The original order must be returned in unused condition. If there is damage to the product packaging and or product, we will not be able to accept the exchange.
3. Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your exchange order shipment.
Exchange items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives safely back with us, ensure that you have proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Your item must be shipped with a tracking number, returns without a tracking number will not be excepted. We cannot exchange/refund items that we do not receive.
Hygiene and our customers’ safety are super important, candles that have been burned/lit/used in any form cannot be exchanged. Sorry, no exceptions. All other items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with the original packaging.
