Did you know you can update your fragrance? There’s no limit to how many times you change, and it’s a quick and simple process.
1. Log in to your account via the blue person icon on the right in the menu bar and then click on the auto-delivery tab.
2. Select view on your active subscription order.
3. Under the heading Subscription totals > Products > Candle Subscription you will see a button Change Subscription – Frequency/Product/Fragrance.
From here you’ll be able to update your choice of fragrance for the month ahead. You can also change the delivery frequency and product type. You will need to add your selection to the cart and process the order. You will not be charged for changing a fragrance.
Hot tip: You can use the Renew Now button to renew early. (See image below ⬇)
Please ensure you change your fragrance a few days before your subscription renews. We cannot make changes to orders in transit.

Steps to Update Subscription Details
Update Shipping Address for One Subscription:
- Go to My Account > Subscriptions.
- Click View next to the subscription.
- Click the Change Address button in the “Actions” section.
- Enter the new address details in the form.
- Click Save Address.
Update Address for All Subscriptions:
- Go to the My Account page.
- Select the Edit link next to shipping or billing address at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the new address details in the form.
- Tick the box: Update the address used for all of my active subscriptions.
- Click Save Address.
