Orders that do not meet this criteria will not be processed. Our candles are made to order, so orders are produced once payment has been received. All wholesale ordering is done online via our password protected Wholesale Ordering area. We do not offer products on consignment.
Please contact us if you are a first time wholesaler for a $25 sample smells pack. This pack is made of mini scented wax jars only and does not include candles or re-sellable items.

You must be a pre-approved account holder to access pricing and purchase from our wholesale ordering area. Contact us here to apply. Your business details will be displayed on our stockist page once you have placed an order and received your order. You must continue to stock us to have your details displayed on our site.
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and PayPal. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Stump and Co, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We take reasonable care to make our site is secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure, Stump and Co uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Our products are made to order, so please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to be made. Plus shipping times.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
We do not accept returns. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be reported to Stump and Co within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. After a review of your request, an exchange will be completed or a credit will be applied to a future purchase. Exchanges or credit towards future purchases will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us via email@example.com within 5 days of receiving a damaged or defective shipment.
