Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING DOMESTIC WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Depending on the size of item(s) purchased, orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Orders within Australia should arrive within 5 – 10 business days after shipping date. We offer a flat shipping rate of $10 Australia wide. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase via the email address provided during check out.
Currently we do not ship international.
At Stump & Co. we carefully inspected all our products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Stump and Co. within 7 days of delivery. You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The customer’s responsibility for shipping cost on all return items.
Change of mind purchases, you may return most items in new and unused condition, with original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a store credit valid for 60 days. Be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If you need to return an item, please email hello[at]stumpandco.com and we will organise with you the return of the item, and notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Shipping in this case is the customer’s responsibility.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON:
-Candle colour not to your liking as colour batches will vary and is not considered defective.
-Candles that have been burned/lit/used in any form. Sorry no exceptions.
